What if we placed The Little Prince as the narrator of the song “Blue” though?

Like the Little Prince AFTER he returned to his planet to get to his rose again (theoretically assuming that he actually got there and stuff) 

If we drew the image of Little Prince’s rose from the phrase “우린 시들고 (We have withered), ” as “시들다” is a verb for flowers,

If we assumed that the words longing, crying, and bruise in the second and third lines of the lyrics were alluding to 동백아가씨 which says “tired from longing, tired from crying, the petals are now bruised red”

and drew the image of Little Prince’s rose from that as well

If we noticed that “파란 눈물에 파란 슬픔에 길들여져 (Used to the blue tears, blue sorrow)” used the verb “길들여지다,” which is used in the Korean translation of the conversation between Fox and Little Prince:

“길들여 진다는 것은 어떤것이지?”

“요즘엔 그말이 많이 잊혀지고 있어. 그건 사이가 좋아진다는 뜻이야.”

(or in the English translation):

“What does that mean — tame?”

“It is an act too often neglected,” said the fox. “It means to establish ties.” 

If “그 이상에 복잡한 건 못 참아 (I can’t stand something more complicated)” paralleled the simplicity of the Little Prince 

If we thought about the literal meaning of the phrase “죽을 만큼 사랑하고 (~i have loved you to death)” and noticed how that could be translated as “loved you enough to die” and how that kind of makes sense because Little Prince “died” (with the help of a snake) to get back to his rose

If we applied the quote from Little Prince “the heart that one can see rightly, what is essential is invisible to the eye” to the lyrics from Blue “눈을 감아도 널 느낄 수 없잖아 (Even with my eyes closed, i can’t feel you)” and imagined Little Prince’s desperation as feeling rose (what is essential to Little Prince) failed even if he closed his eyes and tried to look with his heart

If we assumed that the Earth was the flowerless winter and his planet was the spring for Little Prince, and if that meant ”겨울이 가고 봄이 찾아오죠 (the winter had passed, and the spring has come)” signaled Little Prince’s return to his planet

But then if we assume that the rose died already by the time Little Prince got back to his planet

then we can imagined Little Prince alone at his planet singing this song crying and trying to sleep

“오늘도 파란 저 달빛아래에 나 홀로 잠이 들겠죠 (Again tonight, underneath that blue moonlight, I will probably fall asleep alone)”

“꿈속에서도 난 그대를 찾아 헤매이며 이 노래를 불러요(Even in my dreams, i look for you and wander while singing this song)”  

“너는 떠나도 난 그대로 있잖아 (Even if you have left, I’m still here)”

it’s just so pretty

So last week me and my friend were trying out a faceswap app

And for some reason it wouldn’t recognise that there were 2 faces in the picture

So we tried it from a different angle and

I was really confused and kind of offended at what it’d done to my face
